1. Senior C++ SW Developer / Audio Background (INDSP-CPP-RS-1009)

You are a master in software engineering and you know what good design and good code means. Moreover, you have at least some background in audio recording and production equipment which helps you to understand applications and problems in the pro audio domain. You love challenges and you like to work closely with other people. You manage your responsibilities pro-actively, you are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues. Very good English and clear, structured communication are some of your core strengths.

Requirements for the position:
- 3 to 6 years experience in being a part of an active product development team
- Strong skills in C++, OOP, data structures and algorithms
- Held lead roles in designing application software and frameworks
- Enthusiasm for constant learning with deep passion for technology and art
- Vision to see the final product and its usability in every line of code written
- Exposure to professional audio technologies (musician, hobby producer, …)
- Precise English communication
- Aggression in ensuring quality

 

2. Active Embedded Linux and Open Source Expert (INDSP-EMBLIN-1009)

You are an expert in Embedded Linux and have at least three years of experience in using and adapting Linux BSPs. You are a master in software engineering and you know what good design and good code means. You love challenges and you like to work closely with other people. You manage your responsibilities pro-actively, you are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues. Very good English and clear, structured communication are some of your core strengths.

Requirements for the position:
- 3 to 6 years experience in being a part of an active development team
- Expertise in cross platform development with GNU tool chain
- Expertise in embedded Linux, Uboot and board support packages
- Strong skills in C++, data structures and algorithms
- Essential Linux device driver development
- Expertise in build systems and shell scripting
- Intuition in hardware to debug low level problems
- Background in electronics engineering
- Potential to bring things together from scratch alone
- Precise English communication

Ideally you also have certain knowledge in one or more of the following fields (not mandatory):
- Knowledge of Linux kernel internals
- Kernel level debugging
- ARM9 processor exposure
- Network programming

 

3. Database Architect and Software Developer (INDSP-SQL-1009)

You are an expert in database design and implementation with at least three years of hand-on experience in that field. You are a master in software engineering and you know what good design and good code means. You love challenges and you like to work closely with other people. You manage your responsibilities pro-actively, you are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues. Very good English and clear, structured communication are some of your core strengths.

Requirements for the position:
- 3 to 6 years experience in being a part of an active development team
- Master of database structuring and querying having first hand experience in designing complex database systems
- Extensive experience working with SQL databases
- Thorough with SQL semantics, store procedures and database connectivity libraries
- Strong skills in C++, OOP, data structures and algorithms
- Ability to setup and refine a database system
- Potential to bring things together from scratch alone
- Precise English communication

Ideally you also have certain knowledge in one or more of the following fields (not mandatory):
- Experience with MySQL
- Cross Platform Coding Exposure

 

4. Senior Hardware Engineer (analog/digital) (INDSP-HW-1009)

You have at least 3 years of job experience in a hardware engineering position with exposure to high speed digital designs, utilizing 8bit and 32bit microprocessors and/or DSP and AD/DA components. You have a deep understanding about the fundamentals of electronics and you are familiar with interfaces such as SPI, UART, I2S, TDM and common memory interfaces. You have been working on architectures, part selection, timing diagrams, simulation and schematic entry. Ideally, you have also been exposed to PCB layout works and industrialization considerations. Your English is good or better, and your communication skills are up to the mark required in your field. You are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues. Ideally, you have a special motivation and attachment to work on digital audio products, as we have, because the best job is always the job you love to do.

Skills required:
• 3+ years job experience
• thorough understanding of electronic fundamentals
• experience in high speed designs
• exposure to contemporary 32bit and/or DSP architectures
• part research and schematic entry experience
• “do it right the first time” mentality
• good English communication

Ideally you also have certain knowledge in one or more of the following fields (not mandatory):

• Analog Devices SHARC designs
• audio AD/DA experience
• power supply and clocking expertise
• PCB layout skills
• exposure to industrialization / production interfacing

Our hardware designs follow German standards, which means that “good enough” is rarely good enough.
